By popular demand we’ve added a Basics of Striking Class to our weekly schedule on Fridays from 6:30-7:45pm.
This class will cover the Basics of Boxing & Kickboxing including Distance Management, Footwork, Striking mechanics, Conditioning and more. There is no experience necessary to attend and the only equipment needed are Boxing Gloves and regular gym clothes or shorts and a T-shirt. (No gloves needed for students attending the Free Trial class). Contact us today with any questions!
