On June 17th from 12:00-1:00pm we’ll be hosting a FREE Self Defense Seminar open to anyone who’s interested-no experience or equipment needed. For one hour we’ll be covering some basic concepts of Gracie Jiu Jitsu both standing and on the ground. The techniques are designed to rely on leverage, proper alignment and timing. Speed, strength and athleticism (while great attributes) are not at all necessary to practice. Regular gym clothes/shorts and a T-shirt are fine and no shoes or socks needed on the mat.
