Our 2nd Location in Capitol Hill! (as of 1/20/17 our Primary Location)

We’ve found a 2nd location for FrameWork BJJ to call home as of this Friday, December 9th, 2016! Because our first location in Central District is only day time classes for now (Monday, Wednesday and Thursdays 11:30am-1:30pm), we decided to share a space with Emerald City Aikido on Friday, Saturday and Sunday evenings! (Fridays at 6pm for now). The address is: 604 19th Ave E, Seattle, WA 98112 so basically right at 19th and Mercer Streets.

This new location will focus entirely on Beginner students, ages 16 and up! Our program will consist entirely of Gracie Fundamentals which are the basics of Gracie Brazilian Jiu Jitsu for Self Defense/Street Safety. If you’ve never tried Jiu Jitsu or “BJJ” as it’s commonly known, this will be the perfect opportunity for you! You owe it to yourself to try the most effective system of self defense in the world in a safe, clean and cooperative environment.

If you have any questions whatsoever please give me a call/text at 206-319-5289 or email me at frameworkbjj@gmail.com and I’ll be happy to get you set up with a free trial class!

P.s.- In the meantime, feel free to read a little about the origins of Gracie Jiu Jitsu if you’re not familiar!

See you on the mats!
